Downtown Miami’s Paramount Bay has been selected as the grand prize for whomever wins the 2012 Giveaway. The successful person will receive the 20th floor deluxe condominium with state-of-the-art kitchen, a master bedroom with a shower adjacent to the bed, a guest bedroom, and a spacious living room area with a great view of the Floridian surroundings. The mastermind behind the art-filled and colorful residence is designer Lindsay Pumpa. Pumpa placed geometric-patterned pillows on the master bed and white flower arrangements that give off a relaxing tone in the home.
Interior designer Brian Patrick Flynn gave a tour of the illustrious floor of Paramount Bay. He swept through the condo starting with the elevator and walking through the private entry lobby. Tropical artwork is plastered on some of the walls leading out towards the kitchen area. Glass front cabinetry are upwards to the ten-foot ceilings. Anything you need can be filled in those chic cabinets.
